The MA Programme is governed by the legislation on postgraduate studies in Greece and in particular the Law 3685/2008 (Govermental Gazette 148 / 16-07-2008, vol. A). According to the stipulations of Article 10 of the above law, which refers to joint postgraduate programs between Greek universities and recognised equivalent institutions abroad, the specific organizational issues, as well as issues of management and operation of the Joint MA are regulated by the Memorandum of Agreement co-signed between the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (UOA) and University College London (UCL).
