STUDYING THE FORMS OF PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION

This work aims at studying and showing the ways ,in which the state in postmodern societies regulates, organizes and controls the educational process. On a theoretical level this research is trying to depict the multileveled relationships of power in contemporary educational system, which in turn have brought about serious transformations in it, in order to regulate and discipline the individuals. A very central position in this research holds the pre-school educational institution in current reality, aiming at the expansion of its organization and the regulation of space, time and activities and at the same time the use of Multitasking Unified Frame of Program Studies, as a way of applying social control and discipline. In this way a theoretical approach of these matters is attempted under the prism of Foucault and at the same time I refer to the molding of subjectivities, which is dictated by the educational institution and the state. Under this prism of these elements being interwoven with each other, I attempt to show the dialectical relationship between the definition of discipline and the definitions of body, space and time and the way they gain their meaning in relation to the combination of discipline and power.
